Your Florida Boating Safety Education I.D. Card will be mailed to your home within 2–3 weeks after you pass the exam. If you do not receive your Florida Boating Safety Education I.D. It is also illegal for the owner of a PWC to knowingly allow a person under 14 years of age to operate a PWC.
