All Wisconsin Recreational Safety Students are required to obtain a lifetime DNR Customer Number. If you have a Wisconsin:

• Fishing license
• Hunting license
• Snowmobile or ATV license
• Hunter safety certificate

Then you already have been assigned a DNR Customer Number and can find it on your license or certificate. If you have not already been assigned a DNR Customer Number or have forgotten it, you can obtain your DNR Customer Number by calling:
