Boater education certification is required by law for many Texas boaters. The Boat Texas safe boating program is nationally recognized and approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators. By completing a boating safety course you will be able to have a safer, more enjoyable time on the water. Many insurance companies offer a discount for successful completion.You have three ways to be certified.

You and your family can take this boater education course in the convenience of your own home aided by an informative video and instruction manual. Study and learn at your own speed. Upon successful completion of the mail-in test, you will receive a State of Texas boater education certification card.
