Lights Required for Unpowered Vessels Less Than 23 Feet When Underway

If less than 23.0 feet (7 meters) long, unpowered vessels, including sailing vessels, should:
- If practical, exhibit the same lights as required for unpowered vessels less than 65.6 feet in length.
- If not practical, have on board a 360-degree white visible light all around on the horizon for a distance of two miles (see Figure 3).
