New Life Jacket Label Levels: Level 70

Life jackets with a Level 70 label have the following traits.
- Intended for use in calm or sheltered waters
- Suitable for use close to shore or when help is near to hand
- Not certified to provide turning ability (except infant-sized devices, which must turn)
- Provides 70 newtons of buoyancy for adult devices
