Boat Ed Oregon is the official online course and has the same boating safety content as the Oregon State Marine Board (SMB) classroom course.
Oregon State Marine Board Pay $29.50—one time only, after you pass. When you pass, you will be able to immediately print out a certificate of completion, which will serve as your temporary operating permit for 60 days. While online, you will be given an opportunity to order your permanent Oregon Boater Education Card for $10.50.
