Reinforcement: Practice Exam

After completing all units, you’ll have the choice to download a free PDF of the practice exam and answer sheet to prepare for the required in-person exam.

The practice exam covers all the course material and will assess your knowledge of boating safely on Rhode Island waters.

Mastery: The In-Person Exam

You are required to take an in-person exam administered by a representative of the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management​/​Environmental Police.

You will have two attempts to pass the proctored exam. If you do not pass after two exam attempts, you must retake a different boating safety education course.
