Establish an Accountability System

To establish an accountability system:

• Have responding personnel and resources report to a staging area and be checked in.
• Brief the agency representative, and assign the operational tasks.
• Use these ICS task forms:
  • ICS Form 211 – Incident Check-In List
  • ICS Form 214 – Activity Log
