Waterway Surveys

To survey the waterways within the AHJ’s operational jurisdiction:

• Evaluate areas of past water incidents first. Some areas within a jurisdiction will always have water rescue incidents. An example of this is a low-water crossing.
• Use the Hazard Survey Form as a resource for preplanning.
