Transferring Ownership of a Boat

Here are the requirements if you buy or sell a boat.

  • Must return his/her Certificate of Registration to NDGF within 15 days of the sale.
• When the transfer of ownership is approved, the buyer’s Certificate of Registration and validation stickers will be issued by NDGF.
