Wisconsin has laws designed to prevent the spread of harmful invasive species.

  • Immediately after removing a vehicle, boat, trailer, or equipment from the water, and before leaving the launch area, boaters must:

  • Before transporting a vehicle, boat, trailer, or equipment from another state to Wisconsin waters, boaters must:

  • No one may use a prohibited fish invasive species or prohibited crayfish invasive species as bait.
