Education Requirements for Tow-In Surfing

A person may operate a thrill craft for tow-in surfing only if both the operator and the person who is surfing:

• Have completed an approved course on operating a thrill craft in high surf from an accredited institution of higher education and…
• Carry on board their certificates of completion.
