PWC may be not operated between sunset and sunrise unless they are equipped with the proper navigation lights.
PWC must operate in a responsible manner. Remember, it is illegal to:
- Steer toward another object or person in the water and swerve at the last possible moment in order to avoid collision.
- Cross or jump the wake of another vessel within 100 feet of the vessel that is creating the wake.
- Chase, harass, or disturb wildlife with your PWC.
