Carrying a Paddleboard to the Water
- To carry a paddleboard to the water:
- Lift one side of the paddleboard.
- Put your arm over the rail and grab the board’s handle or hand well.
- Bend your knees to lift the board and put it under your arm.
- Carry the paddle with your other hand.
- If your board is too heavy for you to carry alone, use the two-person carry.
- One person holds the nose of the board.
- The other person holds the tail of the board behind the fin to avoid getting cut.
